SELLING ART IMAGE INFORMATION

We accept for consignment digital images of paintings and art that are in the Public Domain. The term Public Domain means that the original art is free of any copyright restrictions. In general if the artwork was created in 1901 or earlier it is in the Public Domain because the maximum term on a copyright is 95 years. Also, 95% of most art created before January 1, 1978 is also in the Public Domain. If you have images of any works of art made between 1901 and 1978 and wish to have us sell them please contact us to perform a search of the Copyright Database to determine if the art is in the Public Domain before you upload it for sale.

We offer a 50/50 commission split on all image sales. We are receiving images from Museums, Art Auction Houses, Rare Print and Book Dealers and individuals around the world. No image collection is too big or too small.
